Not fangrl dissing, but...

User Experience quotation of the month, courtesy of the Userfocus Usability Newsletter:

"Microsoft in a recent survey found that most consumers use only 10% of the features on offer in Microsoft Word. In other words, some 90% of this software is clutter that obscures the few features people actually want." -- The Economist.

The key word is 'most'. Some consumers will use plenty more, and really miss them if they weren't there. Still, that's a lot of clutter...
